Video: The Graffiti of War Project National Gallery Tour

Video created by acclaimed videographer, Kevin Keating with music written and perfomed by Zac Charles while on deployment to Afghanistan. The video is to promote the Graffiti of War Project National Gallery Tour opening Veterans´ Day 2011 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The focus of the tour is to showcase the art created by service members, civilians and local nationals across Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, the tour will feature orignal works of art by military, veteran and civilian artists such as Zoriah (see www.Zoriah.com) to raise awareness for those suffering the invisible wounds of war, PTSD, and the benefits of art and music therapy as alternative solutions for treatment. www.graffitiofwar.com

Sgt Dillie’s Thoughts: “These are pictures of thousands of murals and art that soldier made during the Iraq and Afghanistan War.  This is near and dear to me and i made a few of these myself.”
